What: Digital, Social, and CRM for PlayStation at Digitas.

The Project:

Co-leading the PlayStation CRM account with support from the ECD team with my AD partner at Digitas — including all creative overview and delivery for PlayStation Social, First Party Games, PlayStation CRM, and PlayStation Vue. I was responsible for creative concept development, pitching, and client presentations for CRM and Social retainers.

A little easter egg — was it hard and scary co-leading a huge account as fresh junior and then mid-weight team? Absolutely. Did we fail sometimes? Yes. Did we win more than we failed? Yes ma’am. Working on the PS account was a huge learning experience, and I’ll be forever grateful to the Digitas team for believing in us from the get-go.
